Delivery

On the placement of the order we aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 days subject to product availability. In the event of non availability, the product will normally take an additional 2-3 weeks but on rare occasions it may be more.

Express Delivery

Returns

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 14 days. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund provided the product is returned in perfect condition in its original packaging and has been unused.

For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items except where the item is faulty.

Product Liability

We endeavour to ensure that all products conform with its specification but as all items are handmade there may be minute variation in each product. As per our returns policy we will replace or refund any substandard product. We will not accept any consequential loss.
